We’ll prepare all the master timelines, call and confirm with all vendors, oversee the rehearsal.

On your wedding day, our massage therapist is on site to provide chair massage for those jitters and tight muscles. We keep the stress-free mode going by keeping your bridal party on task and on time and properly placing any items used in your ceremony. After you’ve said “I Do”, we snap that first moment together as you’re coming down the aisle and post it on Facebook – on the spot!

We will be the extra eyes during the photo session to see that all of the details — hair, jewelry, flowers, collars, and ties — are in place.  The timeline management continues to the reception with the vendor agreements in hand, ensuring your event goes just as you envisioned.

In short – our presence makes sure YOU don’t have to answer these questions:

• Who goes down the aisle when?
• Did someone put the lighter by the candles?
• Did anyone check if everything was straight before the photo was snapped?
• Who announces us at the reception?
• When is it time to give the toast, cut the cake, toss the bouquet?
